Cancellation Policy

  • In the case of Live Stream booking, there will be no cancellation and no refund will be provided. However, if the event is canceled by Hindfans, a full refund will be issued to the customers.
  • If customers subscribe to any Membership Plans or purchase digital content, there will be no cancellation, and customers will not be eligible for a refund. However, they can cancel the auto-renewal at any time.

Refund Policy

  • A 100% refund will be provided if Creators are unable to fulfill the requested services.
  • Refunds, if any, will be processed in the original mode of payment and will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.
  • There will be no refund for tipping.

No Return Policy

Since Hindfans Creators sell only digital content and services, we follow a strict no-return policy. This means once a customer has purchased a video, photo, or any form of digital content, it cannot be returned or refunded.
